Excellent hotel
Very good hotel with exceptional friendly staff. The staff helped make our stay wonderful. The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, within short walking distance of park, good restaurants, cafes, shops etc. We had a big room on the third floor with a good and big bathroom/shower area. The beds were also very good and when I requested a hard pillow, this was not a problem and was brought promptly. Breakfast was excellent, with ala cart egg, pancake options etc.
Spa of the hotel could be booked (for private use, no extra charge), but was only available late at night or very early in the morning. Apparently, it was very popular with the guests and was booked often.

Perfect location for our 24 hours in Madrid.
Hotel is very nice, staff welcoming and the bed was fabulous. Breakfast was great. A walk to the El Retiro Park & the Prado Museum made it a perfect place to stay
